The Southwest Property Management Homeowner and Board App offers a streamlined and efficient mobile solution for engaging with your community association. This platform allows users to make payments, view account details, and access pertinent community information in a centralized location.

Users with an existing login to their association website can seamlessly access the app using the same email address and password. For those without a current login, registration can be completed easily by clicking the register button and submitting the required information. Upon approval, users will receive an email with a link to set their password, enabling direct access to their accounts via the app.

For individuals who have forgotten their login credentials, the app includes a "Forgot Password" feature. By entering their email address, users can request a password reset and receive an email with instructions to create a new password.

Upon logging in, homeowners will benefit from various features, including:

• Easy switching between accounts for owners of multiple properties
• A comprehensive Homeowner Dashboard
• Access to association documents
• Access to association directories
• Viewing of association photographs
• A Contact Us page for inquiries
• Payment of assessments
• Access to violation reports, with options to add comments and upload photographs directly from their mobile devices
• Submission of Architectural Control Committee (ACC) requests, including attachments and photographs taken on mobile devices
• Viewing of the homeowner ledger
• Submission of work orders with tracking capabilities, including options to add comments and photos from mobile devices

Board members will have additional functionalities available to enhance their management capabilities, such as:

• Management of Board Tasks
• Review of ACC submissions
• Access to essential board documents
• Review of violations within the community
• Approval of invoices
